Instructions

Making Hobo Casserole is a straightforward process, and following these steps ensures delicious results:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
3. Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks, approximately 6-8 minutes.
4. Season the beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes and mixed vegetables. Add the cooked beef mixture and the cream of mushroom soup. Stir until well combined.
